Look and Feel

Postby defiant » Wed Jul 18, 2018 8:11 am

How drastically (or not) has the look and feel of your penis changed?

Both in the flaccid and erect states.

Thanks!

And, as an aside, would anyone here (implanted) be willing to talk with me on the phone about all things implant?

It is definitely different. I wish I had a perfectly functioning natural penis, but I was stuck with one that failed me for many years. In the defaulted state my penis is less floppy. The benefit is no more shrinkage. At first I was really aware of the difference in feel, but as the months have passed, it feels more natural. When fully pumped I do not feel the difference, but without stimulation it has the oval shape many guys talk about. When stimulated it fills out. To the casual viewer I don't think anyone would think of my penis as being different either soft or hard.

Greg

I would be happy to talk to you. If interested let me know via PM.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Mine is different looking and feeling deflated than it was flaccid. It's now 3-1/2" to 4" and actually looks like an average dick, as versus the shrunken turtle head that I was left with most of the time as a result of my RP. I'm VERY okay with that!

Inflated it is different than before (back when I could get erect, pre-prostatectomy). It is oval, as Greg said, and does round out a little when fully aroused, but not much. Instead of pointing up at 1:00 position it is now at about 2:30. I still have some sensory loss on the underside from the incision site up to about halfway up my shaft. (The area of the sensory deficit is slowly decreasing.)

The inflated cylinders do not feel the same as my own corpra did when they were engorged, but believe me, I can live with that. I can also feel the tubing in a couple of places where it has attached to my shaft inside my body. Just a couple of lumps and bumps I didn't used to have.

All in all, I'm about as happy as a pig in shit.

Bob

P.S. I'd be happy to discuss any things implant with you. PM me and we can set up a time.

In my prime my shaft was narrow at the base and widened to the glands and the bottom around my urethra would swell also. Much different now. It is the same from base to below the glands.

It dose not feel much different deflated walking around now. Just a lot better. Feels like I have a partial erection and looks really good. About 4.5 inches.

Inflated I am about 1.5 inches shorter than I was in my prime but at 4 months post op I hope to improve that some over the months and years ahead.

When I feel it with my fingers I feel the cylinders and the tips. Anyone would. Not the same as a non implanted penis. But looking at it other than the different shape that I had in my prime with a natural erection I do not think someone could tell I have an implant either inflated or deflated.

As my signature says I would talk to anyone about this. Just send me a PM (personal message) and I'll get you my phone number.

My flaccid/uninflated size increased by 1.5", from 2" to 3.5" (a 75% increase!). :D
My erect/inflated size remained at 5". I do not feel it at all (the only time is when I am holding my dick to pee).

When deflated completely it looks and fells about the same as my original when I had a partial piss hard on. Getting up at night to pee back then, I would look in the mirror and say, now that is an impressive dick. Today with the implant that stays semi hard and 5 inch, when fully deflated I am very impressed. If only I could get back my orgasm I would be completely satisfied. PATIENCE !!

Thank you for the responses guys.

So from what I'm reading here, it would seem that a large change in the way it looks flaccid is inevitable but how about erect?

My doctor said that it should be the same length as it is now, perhaps a little shorter due to a potential lack of glans engorgement. I could deal with that.

Naturally, I have a very, very girth penis. I'm worried I'd lose that.

Thank you for all your very kind offers of a chat!

radioradio,
You mentioned incision site up to half of your penis shaft. What was the reason for that?
Did you have a ventral phaloplasty?
