When I had a working penis it would angle up at about 2 O'clock when standing and actually lay against my stomach if I was on my back.
I was wondering if cycling helps you regain size why guys don't just pump up at night and leave it inflated all night. It then occurs to me that most implants must stick straight up when laying on your back making it very difficult to sleep inflated. Is that correct?

Angle of erection and cycling question

Re: Angle of erection and cycling question
I think that there is also the matter of reduced blood flow to the tissue when inflated and the lack of blood flow can cause tissue damage if left inflated for too long. I think that is also the reason the glans feels cold to the touch after being pumped up for a while. I have no idea how long is too long, and I am not a medical professional of any type. Check with your urologist.

Re: Angle of erection and cycling question
My doctor says not to because the constant pressure on the inside of the glans is not good for the penis.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
