Natural erection?

I was implanted on May 2nd with a Coloplast Titan. I have read several times on this web site that a natural erection was impossible after the surgery. Everything has went really good so far, only pain for a few days, no infection,ect. So far everything has gone just as I expected except better. Had my post op last week, I was half inflated for the first week. Felt like a full erection to me.
Now this last week I have woken up every night and every morning with a full hard erection, as soon as I pee it go's down like normal.
Now several time a day I feel like there is blood rushing through my penis. Now don't get me wrong I'm not complaining just questioning what's going on if anything. Haven't tried masturbation yet as I want to follow my Doc's orders to the letter. He said don't get in a hurry to use it. I go back for the last time on June 14th to learn how to use this thing.
Has anyone else had this kind of thing? Very happy so far. Size came back to the same as before, anyway flaccid it's the same, haven't had it fully inflated yet. If it's larger I won't mind at all.

Not the same however I do now get semi erect.
I believed that I would only be firm if I pumped up. I am not talking it up like I get a full hard on when deflated but when I am stimulated I definitely firm up and can “sense” blood flow.

According to statistics I have seem, you are very well blessed with 6" of girth. There are different polls with inconsistent results, but none I have seen put the average above 5". In fact, one was 4.59".

Means less than 6”...... where I live we use mm
And my girth is 144mm
150mm is about 6”......so <150mm is same as <6”

I read a lot about men getting anywhere from a chubby to a full erection from blood flow after an implant. I am very curious about this.

Those that experience this, did you experience that before the implant or is it an actual improvement?

2nd question - what was your original cause for ED (Veinous leakage, nerve damage from prostatectomy, etc)
