I know Titan cylinders are less natural when deflated. I am curious if someone fondled a flaccid penis with an implant if they would immediately know something was very strange.

I am monogamous so I don't have random strangers walking up and fondling me but this will give me some sense of what I will be hauling around all day.

With my AMS, a quickie or "light" fondle of the shaft would probably be pretty normal. Any serious fondling and one would feel the tips in the glans and the tubing in the scrotum, and of course, the pump.

I really like my flaccid AMS 700 LGX. It partially inflates after I deflate and even though it is new (7 weeks) and I am told the cylinders will soften with repeated inflating it is not bad a all. I have read where some guys will partially inflate to smooth the cylinders for comfort and the feel I enjoy just moving around with daily activity. If you do a maximum deflate and it stays that way then I think it would be very easy for some one to feel the cylinders. If I do a partial deflate or after it partially inflates on it's own I think it would be difficult for some one to tell with just light fondling.

The only way it can shrink is by wrinkling, folding or crinkling. The cylinders are pretty stiff even when deflated. The only real difference is it gets very, very hard when pumped up.

Tom, what is your opinion of putting in a couple pumps to slightly fill out the folds. Can you leave an implant partially pumped with no danger to the unit or your body?

Sure you can pump it to whatever level you desire. Mine never goes down below 5:00 when fully deflated so there's no need to pump it up a little. My problem is the head rubbing on my clothes or the underside being rubbed if I strap it up. Maybe I'm just the sensitive type.

I've never had a large penis and it is even smaller now, but my opinion is that, when inflated, it is harder than natural. Maybe someone might not notice any difference with a natural penis during sex but will upon "fondling." When deflated, it "looks" like a very normal penis, but "feels" very different. There are hard spots, soft spots, wrinkles, tubes close by. My conclusion: Any one with any "experience" with penises, especially one that likes to fondle, will know right away. You might not get noticed by the inexperienced. There might be ways to have sex and not have the occasion of having your penis "examined."
However, my pump is very prominent in my scrotum, and it is a dead giveaway by looking or fondling.
Women might initially be put off knowing that you are bionic, but once they get used to it NOT going down when they expect it to, they all learn to enjoy it. It performs completely different from every penis they are familiar with because it doesn't go flat until you tell it to. Common comments are "Don't stop!," and "You're amazing!" If I am full of energy, I have to be careful of thrusting too long and the exclamation "Uncle, Uncle, I give up," has been heard.
I wouldn't try to hide the fact that I have been implanted.
