Would you feel comfortable asking what it is about "just the way my penis" is to ask what it is about your penis' internal structures that make is so different from the typical man?

Do you have tunica that is abnormally short? (If so, why were your erections of youth so normal?)

Is there an obstruction in the tunica that prevented insertion of a full-length implant? (If so, what caused the obstruction or how is it that he could not remove it to achieve a more normal post-implant outcome?)

Study up on penile anatomy as much as you can so he cannot obfuscate.

updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

Find your surgeon. Floppy Head means poor surgical technique.
No excuse just lousy doctor. Make him or her fix it.

All ive done since realising mine wasnt quite right was watch surgical procedures and revisions and watched how aggressively they size them. And how they feel the glans to check the tips are right up. Even before the implant i used caverject and could feel the corpus was engorged all the way right uo to the glans. The only issue I had was it would not trap the blood enough to be rigid. But it was almost more acceptable than having a half rock hard and half completely limp penis.
I will study more and i hope the 2nd surgeon agrees. Then i will be straight back to original surgeon for a a conversation

Yeah, you’ve definitely been shorted. I had the same issue. Glans wouldn’t do nothing. I went with the titan in May 2017 and then emailed Dr. Andrew Kramer. I ended up being 2” too short. I was 18 with 1 RTE and with Dr. Kramer (March 25 surgery) I was 21 with 3 RTE on one side and 4 RTE on the other. Go see Dr. Kramer. He can fix you.
42 yr old. ED from PTSD(combat veteran). Gorgeous petite wife. Implanted on 5/25/17 by Dr. French. Used Cialis, Viagra, Stendhal with no results. Caverject for 2 years with good results Implanted with Titan OTR 18cm 1 RTE. Floppy head.

Wow thats reassuring to know it can be fixed. How do you find your erections now? Do you have the email for Kramer you could PM me? I am willing to travel to get the result I deserve. All I can find on his site our telephone numbers.
Do you have a before and after pic of your revision?
Thanks

My advise: look for a DIFFERENT second opinion. Just ask a recent person (Sam) that supposedly got a 22cm implant from Kramer, and in reality he is now with a 20cm device! And that was during a revision to fix a floppy head, and after going through a revision, he still left him 2cm short. And on top of that, one cylinder shorter than the other!!!

He is supposed to be europes highest implant surgeon and after doing some research he seems to do alot of extremely advanced penile reconstruction and implants. I will see him on Tuesday for my second opinion about cylinders. I am not sure based upon what he says if I should go back to my original surgeon and demand he do a revision or just pay out over £10,000 for it to be done privately.. and hopefully correct?

That’s great getting another opinion. I’ve known about several accounts where implant surgeons screwed up and deny it. They claim nothing is wrong. So brace yourself just in case your surgeon does the same.

Do you not have a College of Physicians and Surgeons? They really are neutral. I filed a complaint after two doctors almost killed my dad and both of them got MAJOR shit that will stay on their file forever. One more fuck-up and they lose their license. Their job is to investigate and they do not cover up for their buddies. I don't know about your college (if you have one) but ours has 3 members one doctor, one senior lawyer or judge and one other prominent member of the community. TRUST THEM. :)

And I replied abit but its okay. So i went to the toilet and pumped up for the first time with a girl. Came back and she gently began to play with me.. she then goes oh are you okay? As she bent the whole tip of my penis. Thinking that I wasnt able to get hard.
So ive just been implanted with a device to without fail produce an erection.. and the girl im with thinks I cant get an erection because the whole end is flopping about. So I said actually it really hurts can we stop. Back to embarressment and frustration again.. I need answers asap

Your head has it's own blood supply. When you get aroused it will/should get hard if the surgeon didn't screw things up. :)
