Sex is a biological imperative of the male of every species.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

I am not referring to the original poster's case, but some wives secretly want to give up having sex because they have lost all interest. In a case like that, the last thing she wants to find out is that her husband is considering Trimix injections. A wife who doesn't like sex anymore certainly doesn't want a hubby walking around with a rock-hard boner three nights a week.

The compromise in a case like that is to consider a male masturbation toy, such as the Fleshlight. There's no reason to completely give up sex just because the wife is no longer willing.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

What remains confusinig is women who are married often scream to a husband it's your duty to support your wife while not thinking of their own duty as a wife

Well said. Sex is a part of the deal for sure. As husbands/partners all we can do is hold them accountable. Frequency can decline, maybe oral sex diminishes -- but there should be something, unless she's willing to provide hubby with some "hall passes."

Just my opinion.

After reading all these posts...I think I have decided I need to marry my current girlfriend. Her only complaint is that I don't fuck her enough. She wants me everyday...anytime...anyway. I did not realize how rare a women she is until just now.
53 years old. Suffering from ED since I was 45. Side effects from Viagra now too much to take. Started Trimix injections July 2017. Very low dose. 6 units @ 8.8/.29/2.9.

"Why is the bride always smiling as she walks down the aisle".

I'm not worried about it. Some women like to suck cock. Mine is one of those women. With or without a ring on her finger. Guaranteed.

Great subject and post guys.

I have never revealed and never will that I have ED. During my rectal cancer treatment I married my second wife 22 years younger than me. We had amazing sex prior to my cancer with the help of meds. After the cancer treatment pills stopped working and actually she now realized I needed them. Within a few frustrating months she left our marriage emotionally and eventually I left and divorced her.

Now I have several girls and with the help of Trimix I have an amazing sex life again. I will no way to reveal my ED or marry any of these amazing girls. Two marriage was enough. I will enjoy single life forever.
Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!
