Cockring

Postby Echegollen » Wed Dec 06, 2017 10:01 am

Hi guys,

I've heard a lot of guys having success with cockrings. I am thinking I could use it in conjonction with my injections because even when using injections, my erections don't stay at 100% for very long.

Now I've always believed that the ring had to be placed once the erection is achieved. However, I've read somewhere else that it is better to put the ring on before the erection is achieved. Bottom line is I will have to try it myself to really know for sure, but I was curious to know what are your thoughts on that.
I'm 39 years old. Never was able to maintain my erections for more than 1 minute. Pills don't work. Had sclerotherapy by Dr. Kuehhas in Austria in 2016. Didn't work. Injections (Caverject) are the only things that gave me acceptable results.

Echegollen,

I'm not a medical professional of any kind and I'm speaking only from my layman experiences, which may be wrong.

I'm in between. I put it on after I inject but before I've gained much erection, usually. Sometimes I get distracted and I'm already getting engorged when I put it on but I never wait until I'm fully erect. I don't want a ring that is super tight when erect. I want one that is actually almost loose prior to erection. I'm hoping to maintain some blood flow while the ring is on so that I don't have to be overly concerned about time. Obviously you'll have to experiment to find the right ring for you. When you do, buy some spares.

Echegollen,
I think it is also situational. For years I used cock rings almost like a decorative accessory, but they also helped me achieve a firmer erection than I was able to on my own. I sometimes wore one all day and if sex was a part of the day, it just stayed in place and as my dick firmed up it helped facilitate a great erection.

Later, when my ED became more severe, a urologist had me try a vacuum pump. Those rings were elasticized, whereas my own mentioned above were metal. The doc said to pump up with the ring on the pump cylinder and after pumping up then slide the ring off the cylinder and down my shaft to the base to keep the erection.

It certainly can't hurt to try it. I used cockrings over the years with decent success (but never with injections). There are a million different kinds. The stretchy rubber might be best because they are easy to put on and can be very firm around the base of your penis to help hold the erection. I needed mind tight to make a difference.

Before my ED got too severe, I got good results from a 1/2 inch bubbler band doubled over and placed around my whole unit (behind the balls). After that. I used a beaded coc ring from adamandeve.com. It allowed some inflow of blood so I could we are it for 30 minutes or more.

Now, only an Osbon tension band is strong enough to get the job done.

Don't forget to try a velcro cable wrap as a cockring of sorts .... they allow easy adjusting before, during and after erections.

Even hours after the main erection goes down you can snug it down enough to pull out another solid erection.

do a search for Fun With Velcro to find the details. (less than $3 for 5 of them)

What is the thinking on wearing a cock ring with the implant?
