The soreness at cycling should be at tip of the cylinders (at the glans), the sides of the shaft and sometimes at the bottom of the shaft too. Sometime, I expected soreness in my balls as I pump. This is what I experienced no soreness or pain at my incision or stitches......

The RTEs do create bothering soreness, too. Either the one that is part of the implant, or the extenders, they are pointy and can create pressure on the perianal area. It will dissipate the same way the front tips soreness does.
