These headaches would only happen at the exact point of ejaculation while having sex. They were so painful you wanted to cut your head off. It would take a shower of all hot water about 1/2 hour before you could even speak again. At the time I did not Pursue a diagnosis I was to young to even talk about it with a doctor. After several years they became less often and eventually went away. But for 10 years sex was a real crap shoot how it would end. My wife was very understanding but I do blame this for our decline in regular sex. If anyone else had experienced this let me know I would like to hear from others with this same situation.

Turning 60 August of 2017. July 18 of 2017 implanted with ams 700. Have had ED for over 15 years. Diabetic for 20 years. Had five heart bypassed done in 2013. Married 37 years.

Bringing this back up because the last two time's I've had sex I have gotten a splitting headache right at the point of ejaculation. From what I read these are nothing to be concerned about but I wanted to see if any others have had these and found relief.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

If I were the paramedic responding to your house for this, I would advise you to go to your doctor. It NAY be normal but, there are other things it could be that are potentially fatal... A stroke for example.
