Pumping & sildenafil/injection

Postby Mazzio » Wed Jan 04, 2017 8:51 am

I have used pump for about 10 days. My aim is to get back morning wood and help erections with injections and pills. I have a small dosage of sildenafil a couple of time and those sessions have been the best ones. With a pill my dick is bigger and the feeling of pumping is great. The size is about the same as I had a few decades ago.

I had sex a few nights ago after taken 20 mg Caverject injection and it was quite good. The erection was better than before pumping. And it lasted very long afterwards. I think that I could have made it with 10 mg injection.

I have not tried pumping after taken an injection.

Any "combo-users" around?
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

I'm interested in knowing about this, even though I don't do both. I do know there are some users around here that do it, because of venous leakage, so hang on!

When Trimix started to loose its effectiveness, I combined Trimix first and then pumped with good results. When Pumping first and then injecting the results were disappointing.

What works for you now? Are you still pumping 5 to 6 days a week?

Yes. Pumping is now my go to way to achieve an erection. I am working on ways to regenerate sensativity after 10 minutes of tight constriction so that I can achieve orgasms more often.

The 1st 10 minutes or so are ok?
With your partner?

I never leave a ring on longer than 15 minutes at the most. If she is not close by then and wishes to continue I will come out, remove rings, count to 10, re-pump and add rings, then continue. If you did something similar would sensitivity return?
Also, I have found a small dose(<25mg) of sildenafil increases sensitivity.

My wife has her own set of exercises which have really helped her.

After surgery for me which was Dec 22nd 2016 and my cath was out Jan 3rd he put me on sildenafil 20mg every day to help blood flow. I have not had an erection just on the sildenafil since but its early and I'm still healing. I will start to pump first week of Feb dr orders to wait 6 weeks post surgery.

I'm a little more than 2 years ahead of you. My experience has been very good and I believe that my recovery is due to injecting as early as possible and frequently (4X weekly). You get more highly oxygenated blood in the engorged penis than you do with pumping.

I currently am taking 10mg (Indian origin) Cialis daily and will inject about 80% of the time when we have sex, but the frequency of injections is decreasing. I've been having nocturnal erections (which provide oxygenated blood) for about a year so I only inject when needed for sex.
Extremely enlarged prostate (170 grams) with low grade PC GS 4 contained in capsule, Non-robotic laparoscopic radical prostatectomy 12/1/2014 @ BJH in St Louis, Injecting since 2/2015 4X weekly until return of nocturnal erections.

Similar to what I am doing now only after removing the band. I perform oral on my wife before repumping up.

It probably isn't wise to pump right after an injection. The injection might pierce some tissue and the pump will force bleeding to occur. You certainly want to be very careful and not cause a hemotoma on Mr. Happy
