1- You couldnt get an erection in any way
2-You needed a VED to get an erection and a cock ring
3-You needed injections to get an erection with or without ring
4-You only could get an erection near the orgasm
5-You could get an erection with physical stimulation but the erection needed constant stimulation or it fall quickly
6-You could get an erection without physical stimulation but the erection fall quickly

Thus state of affairs began in my late 20s and 30s withipout particular notice from me. As it got worse, in my late 50s I began to notice abpnd finally in my early 60s asked for medical help. That came in the form of Viagra, Leviitra and Cialis (sildenafil, tadalafil and one I can't remember).

Now en route to an implant.

1- I could get an erection with pills, but then that stopped and I went to injections. Injections sometimes didn't work, and they caused a bit of Peyronie's.
