Feeing of blood rushing

I was browsing through the forum and I came across a thread on the pros and cons of the feeling of sex with the implant. One thing that caught my eye was that someone said he missed the feeling of blood rushing to his penis but besides that he loves it. Can anyone relate? Similar feelings or maybe something else you noticed different before and after in terms of psychological/psychical feelings related to sex and arousal/desire.

I have had 2 implants, and I occasionally feel morning semi-woods.

There is some evidence that if conservative measures were taken during the surgery, some erectile function within the corpus cavernosum may remain. This is uncommon, but does happen.

Engorgement of the corpus spongiosum is usually unaffected by an implant and will continue in the patient just as before the surgery. The spongiosum is what fills the glans and the underside of the penile shaft, I believe.

I was the one who made that remark. The natural feeling is probably a combination of the blood rushing, and some nerve activity. The feeling I miss is the one of arousal when my penis would start to get hard, and it tingled and gave some pleasurable sensation.

Hey it's you, YES I know that feeling, losing more and more with my fibrosis. I LOVE that feeling but the more I have it the more I want it and then I'm just walking all day half aroused and it's distracteong. I just spoke with my father and he recommended I get the surgery it was very comforting words to hear from him.

Another question, has your improved ability and and bigger flaccid distracted you during your daily activities as opposed to pre-implant. Like thinking more about sex and your new prowess in general. Cuz I got studying to do and hope it doesn't take over my mental energy. :p

I usually wake up with an engorged glans but the shaft is soft. I call it my "morning wood-ett."

I don't think about any "prowess" but I do like the confidence of knowing I'm going to be erect as long as I want. As for thinking about sex, that's all I do and all I've ever done.
