Implant size in correlation to erect Penis size

Does anyone know of any formula that could convert the IPP size into what the expected erect penis size will be after surgery? Im having my surgery in the morning and when I get the implant size I would like to have a general idea of what to expect. I've read several post of guys who very disappointed with the end results, hoping for the max length and to at minimum not lose any length. Thanks and excited to join my bionic brothers. :

Two thirds of the implant length is outside the body. One third is inside. This will give you an estimate. Keep in mind it's not exact. Just a "ballpark" estimate
