Ways To Increase Girth

Any guys out there try anything to make their Dicks APPEAR bigger? After my surgery I plan on getting pubic lipo to take out fat from above my dick. Also I plan on having my scrotum reduced. As a last resort I would consider a surgery that pulls up the abdomen which is done across the whole abdomen and lifted. These are expensive. And the abdomen surgery leaves a long scar across the entire abdomen. But at 5-5 1/2 inches I'm looking to retain as much as I can. Anybody have experience with this?

No experience at all with the multiple cosmetic/plastic surgeries you are contemplating...

But after having watched a number of Hollywood stars go overboard with the never-ending succession of surgeries that are designed to enhance their "looks" but actually have the opposite effect...

I would caution against getting caught in that same trap...

Something wrong with 5.5"? You should have the same after surgery as you have now so long as the doctor place an implant that fills the space.
