Implant Size vs Penile Length

I've noticed that the implanted penis length is significantly smaller than the length of the actual implant.

Please share you experiences. So for example if your implant is 18 cm long (about 7inches), please state your erect penis length (bone pressed).
If it's 21cm...
If it's 23cm...
etc...


I'm going to be implanted in a few weeks, and whan to know what to expect.
How does the implant size correlate to the actual penis length?

About a third of the length of the cylinder is inside the body to provide cantilever support for the portion outside the body.

It depends on the individual. My implant is 22 cm, and my erect penile length is 5". It just depends on the total of the distal and proximal measurements of the corpora.

I have 21 cm cylinders with a 5 cm rear-tip extender on on the left side and a 4 cm rear-tip extender on the right. My penis when erect is just a bit over 8 inches.

21 cm AMS CX plus 1 cm RTE and a little over 7 inches now inflated but only 6 weeks out and seems to still be growing in girth and length. Around a quarter inch since I started fully inflating a few weeks ago.

So from what I can see, you cannot accurately predict the penis size from the implant size. Of course the bigger the implant the bigger the erect penis will be, but my point us we have 1 person with a 22 cm device which is 7 inches and growing, and another person with a 21cm implant that is 5 inches. I guess once we have more data we can derive a better conclusion.

It all depends on your anatomy. However, in any case, if you had 6" flaccid stretched before the implant, you will have no more than 6" erect with the implant. An implant can give you more girth, but it can't give you any more length than you originally had, regardless of the length of the cylinders employed.

No, no extenders were used. My doctor does not like to use them if at all possible.

I agree with Dave....totally depends on anatomy. As you can see from this small sampling, results vary widely. For example, Bill and I have exactly the same size cylinders, yet there is a 2" difference in penile length. How can that be? The answer is anatomy. Apparently my pelvic bone is further back on my body than is Bill's. So my implant is buried deeper (proximal measurement) than Bill's. Therefore there is little correlation between cylinder size and EXACT penile length.
