Maybe you have some downward curvature due to the imperfect bend memory of Nitinol core. Well, no malleable has picture perfect bend memory. Since you are sexually very functional, I doubt there's a breakage, ready2go.

Here's the consumer medwatch link to file any device concerns to the FDA. Bringing this up to Boston Scientific is a great idea.

its as if it has no bend memory . at least at the hinge area . i can pull it upright and keep it there with sung underwear , but if released it will drop from gravity .
If it was like the shah where it stays up and needs to be held down . i would rather have that .
i did send a email to BOSTON SCIENTIFIC . Ill wait and see if they respond ,and check out the FDA site

That sounds like a much better design! Is the Sha available in the US?

no its only in india ,and said to not be as stiff as the other malleables . by how much nobody knows . There is no real pressure test on a machine that measure pounds to bending point , with a gauge with the different brands compared . Conspiracy?. tactra won't offer the total shore amount that includes the metal core .
why i dont know .
American , retired in the philippines .
tactra malleable 13 mm ,in new delhi India . on april 2024

And . I found this;Yes, the nickel-titanium (Nitinol) core of the Tactra penile implant can be damaged or broken if bent excessively during implantation. The device manufacturer Boston Scientific specifically cautions against over-bending the cylinders during insertion, as it may damage the prosthesis and reduce its lifespan. The Nitinol core is designed to provide rigidity and durability, but excessive bending can compromise its integrity.

That’s a shame because that sounds like a much better design. There’s this obsession with concealment here in the US. I mean the primary purpose of an implant is to use it, not to stow it away!
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Couldn't agree more. Concealment concerns are just way over-rated. As with every new skill in life, it's just another learning curve!
40. Lifelong ED. Pills unreliable. Skipped injections. Passed on IPPs to avoid revision roulette. Jan 2025: Coloplast Genesis malleable 22cm x 13mm. Wish I had done this sooner.

meanwhile women walk around with their tits falling out and their ass cheeks half covered . and at the beach ? Nothing but a tiny patch to cover up that kittie, with dental floss between their butt cheeks .
but but ,someone might notice a slight bulge if they look closely.
