Dr Perito and Dr Antonini both contributed to a study on post-op VED use for implant patients. Can one, or some, of you patients of theirs please ask them these two questions?

1. Is there any chance of the VED softening the axial rigidity of the implant? Particularly the AMS?

2. What should the protocol of VED use be? (Fully inflated or just partially, how long, how many times daily, etc.)

I think we'd all benefit from this info. Thanks!

I have no idea what is the ideal protocol. But i started a few weeks ago, and i notice that if i do short reps, instead of doing 1 long rep and holding at max inflation, i seem to get more length. So i do inflate-deflate-inflate-deflate, and so on, in each rep i can see my penis going slighly higher in the tube. But there might be another way to do it which is better, i am new at this.

@jakerip, how often are you using your VED nowadays? As of now you are about 7 months post op. Do you still have length gains, or you stopped growing after the 5th month? (i remember seeing your update around 5 months)

I don't use it enough. I'm gonna switch to your protocol. I think that'll help more with stretching out the tip. The length is pretty much the same. I don't expect that to change, seeing that I've run out of fluid. Who knows though?

Hi Frank, where did you get that "Antonini said that using the VED was useless", quite the opposite, there is a published study authored by Antonini, where he says that using VED daily for 1 year post-op expanded the penis by 3cm.

I am curious where you got that information from about VED being useless?

By the way, are you at exactly the same penis size with the CX than you were with the larger titan, after 2 months?

Jakerip, by the way, since you mentioned running out of fluid. Here is a guy who got his reservoir topped up with more fluid, and he was having sex literally the next day according to the video.

I didn't get them anywhere, Antonini told me, it could be that in my case it wasn't useful at all, I even grew compared to the Titan, even though he put me in an implant that was 1 cm shorter, I'm sure that having the implant of the right size compared to the other one doesn't strangle the glans too much, another thing, while before the Titan cylinders crushed my urethra and when I reached orgasm, most of the sperm remained in the urethra and a little came out after 10 minutes, wetting my underwear, the same thing when I peed a little pee remained inside the urethra and I got wet when I took off my underwear, now with the Ams cylinders I feel a release as if it were my normal penis when I pee, no problem, both when I reach orgasm and when I pee nothing remains inside the urethra, now everything is regular

Doc said dude had a 10 out 11 incher! That's crazy he can even find someone to have sex with lol. Idk...mine is pretty firm. It's def not as firm as it once felt. If it softens more, I'll look into that perhaps. Thanks!

Frank, the fact that he told you VED is useless concerns me a little bit. Does it mean his published study is worthless? Could it be a misunderstanding?
Did you personally use the VED for a while or you didn't really use it much?

One explanation could be that the study was made with LGX patients (which expands in length), and the Titan doesn't expand in length. But other than that, i cannot imagine why he would say VED is useless, when he a published study himself that says exactly the opposite.

hi Discovernew, in my case he told me that even if I used the ved I wouldn't have solved anything, I didn't ask why, in any case I started doing ved on my own, the penis got longer while I was doing the ved, the next day everything was back to normal, in the end I stopped, also because I wasn't sure he would do the replacement and I was afraid of breaking the system, there were more times that he pulled the tubes and the pump, moreover without solving anything, then, as regards the measurements there are days that I measured 13.5 cm in circumference, with the titan I was at 13, but there are more days that I measure 13 even with the cx, maybe I measure 13.5 the day after I take the testosterone, I don't know and I haven't found out, but I'm at 13 easily, plus the 13 are rounder than the 13 ovals of the titan from serf, in length I gained 8/10 mm, I'm very sensitive now, I have to take dapoxetine to have 30 minutes of penetrative sex, otherwise without dapoxetine I do a maximum of 15 minutes stopping and slowing down, otherwise I reach orgasm too soon, I hope to grow a little more in girth and length, but it seems that my anatomy does not allow me to grow any more, the bad thing about my cx, I can't swell while walking, it takes longer, and the dick points straight, when I swell to go fuck I have to walk with my hand in my pocket and lift it towards my belly button, otherwise you can see the dick pushing the pants straight horizontally, the titan was more flexible because I was oversized and the cylinders were never fully inflated, so it held itself up with the force of the boxers, basically I'm very happy with the cx compared to the titan
