My glans doesn't hurt no more but is still warm and floppy. I asked about that to the surgeon and he told me, everything will settle itself. So now I'm waiting and impatient to cycle that bionic thing!

I'm still home this week and pain has almost gone. I've got some sensitivity on my glans and scrotum when I touch. I think that next week will be almost healed.
On my left side where reservoir and tubing are I ve still some sort of numbness but is diminishing.
Today I didn't resisted the temptation to inflate it a bit. I know I shouldn't have since my activation date is in 15 days but as I'm healing well I wanted to give it a try.
Pumping isn't easy as I'm still sensitive and I don't have the strength or technique or because my brain hasn't assimilated the autohurting thing.
But I pumped partial pumps I would say 12 and was quite rigid, mean most rigid than before surgery but still not as expected I think I could pump a little bit more but as I didn't knew if I could deflate I didn't pushed until it became uncomfortable.
The curve of the beginning of the tips is just below my glans, the tips go further in glans, so I think it's a good thing.
I'm a little bit concerned about the curve because it hurts when I rub on it (a penetration would be impossible). If I push on glans versus edge of tips it hurts too but I think it's normal.
The length is almost the same but the heck my girth isn't at all the same, lost a lot (skin isn't stretched at all) but as I'm still at the beginning and never cycled I guess it's normal too.
I wanted to make perito exercise but was not ready to push and tear my healing dick. I'll give it a try next week or when I've got the green light.
Pump is really silent, was a bit afraid of some people comments about the kwack sound. Mine is silent and happy with that.
Deflation was more painful as the button must be pressed for some seconds to initiate deflation. The button is very small/almost flat and I understand people who can have difficulties to locate it.
Deflated almost alone and gave a little squeeze at the end to help a bit.
So far, I'm happy with what I experienced today. I think it will get better after my skin is used to get pinched, that the base of the tips will not hurt anymote and hope I'll quickly regain some girth!

Hang in there it’s going to be great.
