I haven't seen anyone with a 18cm LGX complain about stiffness. The only complains from patients i have seen are those who have 21cm implants, or maybe extremely long RTE. None of which are your case.

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

Congrats.............just stay calm for a couple more weeks.

I have the same AMS/700 LGX 18cm + 2cm rte. I have finally reached 6" inflated. I'm just 14 mos post op.
73, ED 25+ yrs, 2 Prostate surgeries. can't ejaculate, but great Orgasms
Tried Viagra, TRIMIX, CaverJet Inj, then nothing worked. Contacted another Urologist, Dr Kansas, Austin TX. Implanted an AMS700LGX: 18cm x 12mm w/2cm rte, 3/26/24.
So far so good.

Hi Billy, what was your size pre and post op? And when did you start noticing growth? 14 months seems like a long time to start seeing growth

Just keep cycling. Sometimes it seems to be slow going.
