Greetings to all,
New to the forum as well as this situation. I am a 54 yr old man never had any ED issues, always blessed with an amazing sex life.
Had a priapism about a month ago, hit the ER a day or so later because I wasn't in any pain, just weird and uncomfortable. My member was squeezed out like a dirty dish rag drained. Filled right back up within hours. Never drained again naturally. I knew there was a problem. I had IPP surgury 2 days later. Dr found to much scar tissue to properly fit me so he plugged me with a malleable to occupy the space and now im waiting on a 3 piece. I'd imagine there are a few questions.
I found this site while waiting for my first procedure. Amazing reads and very informative. Trying to soak up as much info as possible before hopefully my final procedure. Also reading so i dont ask the same questions that have been already answered throughout the site. Nice to meet you all!

I can relate to your naivety with the non painful priapism. At least you were aware enough to get checked out. I’m curious, how did you know so early before experiencing subsequent priapism induced ED that it was time to get the implant?

Why do you think so much fibrosis was present after just a day? I thought that took time to develop after such and event

Fair enough. Well hopefully someone with his experience can see this post and fill the void.
