He installed 20+2 rte with 125ml reservoir.
Measures were 13+8 and left and 12+10
Now I hope not get an infection and not lose too much size as I had 17,5cm in bed and about 16cm natural erection last week with some help... I was making additions before surgery and told to myself that I should have a 24cm but when I see posts of other brothers, I think that with my previous measures it should be ok.

Yeah, sounds fine.
I had 15,5cm length a few days before my surgery and got an implant with 21,5 cm total.
Also my measurements were 11,5 cm and 10 cm. That goes along with your measurements and a 2cm longer penis.

I can´t tell about the final lenght because I am still deflated, but I think it´s a good sign to say our surgeons have sized us correctly when all this is this similar.

Last night was not a super goodnight because of urinary catheter and drain.
Catheter was really the most difficult to handle in a "pain" level. With my stomach with all medications.
This morning i've got the catheter removed and I'm cleared to walk a bit.
The big bandage has be removed. My scrotum not swollen or bruised. the only remaining discomfort is the penis itself which is slightly sensitive to the touch.ice is your new friend. I put a pushup underwear with a hole to get penis straight up. the holes at the glans are small.
So far everything seems ok. Not inflated very much but glans seems slightly floppy but didn't touched for the moment the cylinders.
I'll see this evening.
Dr said that I can touch the pump but this also will wait some hours.

Hi guys,

I'm home.
Little inflated since surgery, essential pain is on my left side where I guess the reservoir was placed.
I'm with antibiotics for 5 more days.

I have two questions:

1 my implant seems well sized but the very end of my gland is floppy

2 at the base of my penis I feel the dog ears who are very stiff. When I crush on them they disappear a little bit but are still noticeable. Will they disappear when I'm fully inflated?

No bruising and a little disconfort at the edge of my penis.

Healing process goes on. Today while moving at my dick who was little engorged I felt something inside turn about 30 degree from pubis to glans and now pain has diminished inside. I think that one of the cylinders wasn't perfectly aligned.
I wasn't much inflated and now it's less inflated than before. Hope the two are now well in place.

Day 6

I know I shouldn't touch there, but temptation is great while healing goes well.

Does somebody could tell me at what percentage approx is the Titan enflated when you still feel the part between proximal and distal is flat? My dick is enough enflated to get semirigid and when I give it some direction it stays there for a little while (as a malleable I would say). Temptation is high to give it some pumps to feel what it's like whit cylinders completely round.
I heared a lot talking about dog ears but didn't expect have in 2 different places...

Ok thanks, I asked this because I rod a comment about a formula allowing to have an idea of it. But it all depends on the silhouette of the guy I guess too. If you're skinny there wil be less fat so proximal will be shorter.

It's a rachidian anesthesia, I'm little nervous about that as I'll be awake the whole time of surgery...

I'm sure you'll be fine Nico. You will possibly feel some pulling and pushing but should have no pain during the procedure.
I was knocked out for my implant, but a couple of years ago had plastic surgery - a small skin graft on my face.
That was under local anesthesia and I could feel what the surgeon was doing, but no pain at all.

I don't think body fat will affect the proximal measurement. For the overall length they are measuring along the cavernosal and bulbar urethral areas, which are internal well below any fat layers. You may be thinking of apparent visual distal (external) length. External fat layers can make the penis "look" shorter, but the actual length is a fixed thing no matter what body type you have. I'm curious about the formula you read about though. Where did you see it?

Hi lgx, I searched a little bit further and found on internet on a French website that the non visible part of the penis is something in average between 4 and 6 cm. I looked through the forum and seems to be correct with other brothers measurements.

I think you mean inches, not cm? My proximal (internal) measurement was either 10 cm or 11 cm, so a little over 4 inches. Yes, I think between 4 and 6 inches is probably an average range.
