On demand cialis does not work. but daily dose does?

which would be great to just take the daily, but it would wake me up at 5am every day.....the on demand wouldn't have any effect until 10-12hrs later and it's nothing great...the daily allows for much better erection but feel like crap with it

I have had mixed results with Cialis Daily Vs. On demand. Also nothing is as effect now as it was just a year ago.
I take daily Cialis as a maintenance therapy. I get more night time erections. A year ago I got night time erections and morning wood. A year ago I was not impressed with the on demand Cialis.
I was prescribed 100mg Sildenafil/Viagra. The last couple attempts were not very satisfying. I asked to try Cialis on demand again just to see.
I may be at a point where VED and rings (to much info about rings out there to be of much help beyond experiment) or shots will be needed. I do not want shots at this point. Though if I found a partner then I would do whatever it takes.
Many meds work different from one pharmacy (even different dosages)than another, even though it should not matter

The daily gave way better results physically, but the side effects (especially that groggy or off feeling) made it hard to stick with. The on-demand one just took too long to kick in and never felt consistent.

Have you tried adjusting the timing of the daily one, like taking it in the evening instead?

Daily dose worked for 3 months and then it only worked partially. Had to double the daily dose or add on-demand Viagra, still it was a downward spiral for me. Should have graduated to injections or an implant early on
