I have just received my somaerect extra pump and was wondering if anybody else is using it and there thoughts about it

Been trying it out think I need to order the xxl cylinder

I don't have one but the tube is obviously too short for you. That's assuming I'm interpreting the image correctly.

I am a little girthy, especially when I was using a VED, when I pumped it up I didn’t have a problem with length but it would fill the cylinder so full I had a hard time getting the tube off, it would have suction behind it and when it did come off it came with a loud POP, I’d say you definitely need a longer tube, maybe bigger diameter too

I have the same pump but the standard tube was only just long enough but not wide enough, I filled the tube width wise when I pumped. I went for the larger tube and it’s been a lot better. When fully pumped I have about 2cm clearance in length and the wider tube gives me a bit of a gap around my cock.

Just thought I'd add that this is not me boasting about how big my dick is, it was done when I was frustrated that another treatment was not working as I can't pump myself hard enough for sex the longer cylinder is now on order

I now have the xxl cylinder which is definitely long enough at 11 inches and is performing well I get a good erection and my glans is fully engorged which is better than pills and injections for me the only problems now are fully pumped my girth fills the tube and the insert comes off on my penis and is difficult to remove and I am using the largest constriction ring and it seems very small although not uncomfortable maybe me worried about nothing but this is new for me and don't want to cause injury or make my Ed worse

I have the same pump with the wider cylinder. It is still tight when pumped. I changed to a different ring from Amazon. Erec-Tech Replacement Mach1 Tension Ring #8.

The xxl tube is also as wide as you can get for this pump so think I am going to have to put up with the insert getting stuck on my penis always use plenty of lube very uncomfortable otherwise
Will look at other options for rings always willing to try other options
