Bro have you seen your doctor about this? I wouldn’t be following others advice around SSRI’s as they affect everyone differently.

Bro you also have panic attacks and PTSD i assume. You told me you take 20 mg/day. Is 20 enough you think? I’m worried 20 won’t be enough and I’ll need 30 or 40

IndianRasputin bro,
Since you asked, I want to mention...
Look up PSSD - Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction.
This stuff is scary. There are Facebook support groups for it.
Not everyone who takes it will be affected, but with the precious implant, the last thing I want is anorgasmia, loss of libido, and delayed ejaculation for my bros.
Let me know your thoughts or consider looking into this.
Here’s a warning from the Australian government:
https://www.tga.gov.au/news/safety-upda ... epressants
Dopamine-boosting drugs are preferred by some andrologists over serotonin-boosting drugs.
But if it’s medically indicated for mental health, considering all the risk-benefit analysis, I totally get it.
Do you think we can have ED also after implant due to anti depressant?

Zoloft can definitely cause problems. I’m here because of pssd from Zoloft . Basically permanently ruined my arousal and caused Ed. I’m considering implant because of this and it’s been six years. I also got a bladder issue upon stopping.

Hi Mark what sort of bladder issue are you having if I might ask?
I’ve recently stopped zoloft/citalopram and finding that I suddenly need to urinate/less bladder control as whilst on the medication.

I have weak stream and dribbling. I had to have a cystoscopy done to find the cause and it was a bladder sphincter muscle issue. That’s obviously an involuntary muscle and I was told it’s a neurological issue. I believe the Zoloft screwed up a part of my nervous system when stopping it as crazy as it sounds.

Ah fair enough thanks Mark and doesn’t sound crazy at all! You can only deal with the symptoms you’ve got!

Can you try Bupropion maybe coupled with xanax for your panic attacks? That combo helped me in the past.
Can you tell me which clinic in Singapore you got the implant please and the doctor. I am in the area and prefer singapore to india or thailand.
Cheers

I've posted on other threads that I was on a low-dose of Zoloft/sertraline (25mg) and recently had an inkling it may be causing my issue of anorgasmia. I was right!!! I got off Zoloft about a month ago and now I am having no issues. In the premature ejaculator page, you'll see that some use it to delay their finish!
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
