Cialis 5mg daily vs 10mg daily

Hi all,

Is anyone on daily 5mg Cialis? Have you tried 10mg daily? I have been experimenting but have interestingly not seen much of a difference in the quality of my erections. They seem to do the same.

I've seen more difference between brands of generic cialis than between doses.

I'm taking 10mg daily. The factors affecting my erection are so many that is hard for me to isolate the good or bad from any one modality. My uro started me on 5mg but later conceded that was more of a placebo dose that helps younger men if there is a psychogenic cause. He encouraged me to take 10mg daily and augment as-needed with 50mg Sildenafil.

That formula kinda worked but TriMix is so reliable and so easy, it's now my primary. I still take the 10mg Tadalafil daily for overall health and to lessen the TriMix formula that works.

When it was effective, I noticed that a daily 10 mg provided better results for twice-daily activity. It might have been a placebo effect, but there was definitely an effect. I don't know if there are studies on BMI based dose titration.
