Implantat and self confidence?

To all implanted guys:

Doesn‘t the implant give you total self confidence? I mean, to be able to fuck any woman no matter the circumstances as long as you want… doesnt this ability give you a feeling of having a superpower?

Fo me, I have to take a high dosis of pde 5, the woman has to be minimum an 8/10, AND I have to be relaxed…and if I endure 5-10 min, I call myself lucky… what a comparision!

sure, it gives a huge self-confidence and having that super power makes you feel like Superman.
It's much better than taking pills with extreme side effects for years.

I'm only 12 days out, not yet cleared for sex of course but I already feel more secure and confident. I feel like life has more possibility now.
