Thing is I do have very bad ED. Those photos are like a quick second shot before it collapses.
I will be getting an implant out of necessity it seems but going to keep up with traction, ved, cialis to give me best results when it comes.

I am confident that it will be wonderful if it goes as it should go ... don't think about it and switch to an implant these years will not come back and they are the most beautiful of our life

It's been good man. Having sex whenever I want now, mostly learned to conceal the implant. It has some downsides for sure but being able to have normal sex really makes life worth living again, at least for me.
What would you say are the downsides besides the obvious (revisions, dog-earring, potential embarassment from explaining to partners lol)? Are there any small things that people may not have thought about before getting the implant that kind of make you go "huh, wish I knew about that before going through with this"?
I still haven't found a comfortable way to go swimming in a bathing suit. The deflated Titan is basically like a mini-boner, concealable in more substantial clothes but not so much in a wet bathing suit. Doing cardio is also a little weird for the same reason, the stiff dick kinda bangs around down there while exercising instead of hanging limp like a non-implanted dick would.

Dang man, that sounds pretty irritating. I'd heard the flaccid implants can be stiff at first but tend to soften up over time--any thoughts on whether yours is going to continue to soften up?

If I could leave it alone and not think about it, I'd be ok until I can gather the funds or such to have surgery.
But it's first thing on my mind when I wake up, like "is it still shrinking cause its not working"? "feel bumps inside my penis, hourglass getting worse"
Not sure if what I'm doing to remedy it is helping or not. Propper mind fuck.
Not sure where to turn anymore.
