I appreciate the well wishes gentlemen but the surgery was 24 June 2021 :) I guess I should've put that in the original title

It is super awesome and life is so much better. Sex is great. Of the women I've been with since getting the implant, I have told two of them about the implant, the rest still don't know. The two I told (both early 30s) were absolutely unphased and we had lots of sex both before and after telling them. It has really opened up a whole world.of sexual possibilities to me as a young single guy.

LOL and the best thing is I already know you from other threads and I knew you had an implant. I was thinking maybe this was a revision but I didnt see the original date was 2021
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Wolfpacker. You've answered the very question that so many men ask about hiding their implant from their dates. Many women can't tell, lots don't care if they do know. So much needless worrying is being done over this.

For the first 2 weeks I definitely had a lot of the "what did I do?!" thoughts like I had read about from others. Panic, pain, a bit of depression creeping in probably. I think the difference today was that I got an excellent massage at the local Asian massage place, and when I got home I was feeling very relaxed and a little horny so I decided to get out some coconut oil, do some cycling and massage the one spot that my masseuse missed. I have been taking tadalafil 5mg daily and it was so nice to see my glans inflate fully again, and feel how hard my shaft is now. Inflating without being aroused just feels very sterile and unnatural, and in fact I think having an engorged glans also reduces or masks the pain of inflation.

Wanted to ask: What is your penis like if you have a couple drinks in your system and you want to take a woman home with you? I know its generally not recommended to mix cialis with alcohol. DO you just simply refrain from having drunk sex? DO you pump up anyway and just deal with a floppy glans?

My biggest concern is having a floppy glans post Implant. Ive always thought of the scenario of having a night out with the guys and trying to come back with a girl and having to pump up all drunk and shit.. sounds like a nightmare. Some guys ive spoken on the phone to reassure me that their glans still get hard while drunk. For all I know, Ive heard alcohol actually relaxes blood vessels, meaning I could understand the logic. But I thought Id ask for your personal anecdotal experience. Not that its a big deal if it does or doesnt anyways, I dont really have an alternative choice here LOL

Its going to be hard to not sound judgemental in this reply, sorry in advance. Please tell me why you'd indulge in an activity that can cause ED like symptoms? You read of many men that work on their health to control their blood pressure, diabetes & other ailments that affect ED. Wouldn't controling your drinking enough to not have dexterity inflation related problems be warranted??

I’m 21 years old. I haven’t drank for 2 years because of my condition. I don’t have cardiovascular ed, I have an actual damage to the penis from a traumatic injury (think Peyronies). I want to be able to drink again.

Never in my life have I been an addicted or even avid drinker. But it’s still a sort of my life that I wish to have back. The reality is that most men my age go out on a night in the town and will go to a bar or a club ( I live in a metropolitan city) and they will try to bring a girl home with them. It would be distancing to think that even with the implant I can never afford to take on that risk, because there truly is no alternative to my situation other than the implant. If it’s not allowed, then fine, but hopefully you see abs understand my reasoning in why I had to ask.
