I hope someone could answer. I've got some form of pelvic pains too. I'd like to get rid of them before implanting.

I also have the same problem .. hard flaccid .. the penis in erection is more or less 20 cm .. but at rest with hard flaccid it is 5 cm, hard as a stone .. I am terrified of making the implant .. if they took the measurements with the penis at rest I would find myself undersized .. unless with anesthesia the nerves relax and it becomes softer .. I don't know .. I have a fucking fear

The term hard flaccid originated from websites/forums of men who have damaged their members doing jelqs and abusing penis pumps and extenders. The implant will give you your original erection length and no more. It won’t give you what you can achieve inside of a penis pump nor give you you as much as you get with cock rings and stretching.

I agree
But after implantation do you think there will be any issue ?

I'm of the HF club too. Apparently people with HF got implant and had no complicarions. You can read their stories here on FT and on peyronesforum.net With this being said i'm worried about sizing too

Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

I don't see why have an 3 piece implant wuold affect negatively a weak pelvic floor while a malleable wuold not.
