3 strikes rule?

Last week, I had to inject a total of 3 times to get a satisfactory erection. Ive been on trimix for a couple of years now. I have a yearly appointment with my Uroligist in a couple of weeks. My question is does the starting formula that one uses lose effectiveness over time and do any of you guys need to keep having to get stronger forumlations as time goes on.
Age 71, diagnosed with prostate cancer 5 years ago. Had surgery and radiation to kill cancer cells. Have had problems with ED ever since. Pills worked ok for a while, Pumped but did not like the" choke hold" of the bands.. Trimix is great!

Your formula will absolutely lose effectiveness over time and you will need to bump up the dosage. May I ask what your Trimix formula is now?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
