Did your glans engorge and stay engorged before the surgery? And does it engorge and stay engorged now?

Yes it is has no issue, engorge before and after, actually, without glans engorging It will be somewhat impractical, when the glans engarging it will cover the tips of the cylinders (which u can touch and feel in the glans when u inflate but not engorging and it is discomfort really......)
thanks god still have glans engorging which will solve this and you will not feel the tips anymore during sex

I first saw your thread a few weeks ago and did not think much of the title. I'm writing now to suggest you get clear from your doctor what he implanted. The reason I say this is the latest literature I see from Coloplast is that Titans are available in even lengths only: 14 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 22 cm and in the XL sizes, 24 - 26 - 28 cm. See https://www.coloplastmd.com/wp-content/ ... atalog.pdf for my source.

Perhaps you have a 1cm rear tip extender or some other combination of RTE and cylinder length. Or, maybe the referenced literature is outdated. In any event, I think you would benefit in the long run from clarification on the products implanted, and as I am facing a revision soon, I'd be interested in knowing if there is a 23cm size newly available.
