Revision Fitted With Larger Device

Is it true that when a replacement device is needed that a slightly larger device is able to be implanted than the original one? For instance, I started off with girth of 4.25. But after my Titan was implanted I was able to get to 4.5 with hopefully more to come. Would I be implanted with 4.5 cylinders (of course translated into centimeters)? My length has stayed at 6 inches.

I’ve went up in length three times over the past surgeries. My dick isn’t bigger but the interior where the implant resides has gotten stretched. More dick is inside than on the outside in most cases.

So there would be no noticable length increase on the outside.

Wow I didn't know that was possible. I assumed the channel ended in bone.

Vagabond, I have read multiple accounts where the length increases over time upon revision. I think it's generally the norm after a few years use.

That is encouraging. I wonder if the length increase goes for a Titan as well. Also I'm wondering if I'd have to start all over again going from 4.25 girth to 4.5 through cycling or if I'd start at 4.5 and go up from there.

I suspect now that your tunica is stretched out that you would start at 4.5, surely that's just logical?
I have read of titan users going up in size, not sure if more or less than the others, but certainly some.

I had recently 12.2.20 revision.
Went from Titan to AMS CX. My Titan was 18+1; my AMS CX is now 21+ 1.5 cm. It is still to early to see if I’m gone be longer comparing to Titan 5.5 inches. I lost 2+ inches of length and some girth while going thru prostate removal and with being 100% impotent after RP.
I was 6.5 inches all my adult life till prostate removal.
With Titan, I was able to recover 1” of length.
I hope I will recover more. Anyway, it it does not happen, I have working penis. That is what counts.

What would be the advantage in doing that?
That it would provide greater girth than the smaller length Titan sizes?

You can take a big thing and make it as small as a smaller thing, but then you just have a thing that's now the same size as the initially smaller thing.
I don't understand.

Is it to do with elimintating RTE's to increase probability of a more rigid, stronger fit, one less prone to the hinge effect?
