I'm just starting the "process" of getting an implant. I asked my uro about it and he said we would talk more at my next appt on Dec 3. He wants me to try a different injection formula.

I discussed it with my PCP last week and he said he knew of nothing that would stop it (just adjust my Coumadin levels at that time). My cardiologist is next and I had a good stress test last year. Before I set a firm date--which is most likely a couple of months away, I'm interested in a "show and tell" in the Dallas area.

I have a part time job I would like to keep. I walk about a mile around the hospital when I pick up discharged patient records. No real hurry on the walk. After that I pretty much sit with occasional times up and down. When do you think that is doable after the procedure? I have a high pain tolerance, but I don't want to jeopardize recovery.

As always, I thank you for sharing your experience.

Cajun Jeff, meant to say that if I do a show and tell, it would be mostly tell. I will him feel the hardness, I think the hardness is great, but as for pumping or deflating, at this point, that is a no-go for me. I have the Titan Classic where you have to hold down the valves and squeeze. I will, more then likely, let him squeeze so he can feel the saline 'whoosh' out, but I will hold down the valves. After all, I still value my balls, lol
You actually gave me food for thought on how to approach this when/if the time comes. My primary I did a show and tell for, but no pumping. I think he was looking to see if things were 'different' down there.

Hi Paul,

Count me in. I'm in Brevard County, 40 minutes from Orlando, Fl. It would have helped me a lot. Happy to help.

This is going to vary by how you keep it when it's deflated. Some guys might keep it completly deflated while others keep a few pumps in it. There are also times when after inflating by waiting a few minutes you might be able to get additional pumps in as penis expands.
