Agfa13- My journal, 3-piece, then 1-piece, back to 3-piece.

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

Hey guys, I am back after a while. It was a bit touch and go there, but all is well.
Have not pumped for a while because of situation, and when I finally did it yesterday, everything was the same. Nothing gained, nothing lost. Did not remember how many pumps, but the feeling of stretching was still the same.
Way back, the Dr. told me to manipulate my pump upwards because he had to place it lower because of my history of infection. Now that it is getting colder, most times when I am lying down, there is not much room down there, so things get uncomfortable at night. Can't manipulate pump unless there is room, so I do that accordingly, lol. But at night, not so much.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Use a heating pad to loosen up your scrotum.

Also, some drugs do cause dartos contractions. I believe Yohimbine causes dartos contraction which means your scrotum will shrink to a tiny sac that you cannot navigate.

All I take nowadays is my cholesterol meds....baby aspirin, among them. Nothing to get my groove on because I get a vid on, I am ready to go, lol. It just being cold. I have no problem when I am awake, I can do the exercise, its when I am sleeping. I think a heating pad is a good idea in the beginning, but when I go to sleep....

get on Flomax, it relaxes the smooth muscle in the scrotum and make your balls much more hangers, although it could also give you retrograde ejaculation. trade off I guess.

I don't think my body will work with Flomax, even if I bring it up with Dr.
When I got my infection from my 1st operation, as a Hail Mary, 1st Dr. prescribed a sulfate. Weird, but I broke out after about a week of taking it. Was so fucking itchy, did not sleep for 2 days. Finally saw other Dr, that prescribed relief, lol.

Flomax is a BPH medication (reduces urinary constriction due to enlarged prostate). Sulfates (Sulfas) are antibiotics.

Then I must have missed something in translation. I looked it up and all I read was Sulfate (derivative or otherwise), and that sealed the deal for me as to NOT to take it. I think it said it contained a sulfate, but I could be wrong. Too lazy to look it up again.

Sulfate is a type of carrier molecule if I'm not mistaken. You may see "tartrate", "HCl", or other carrier molecules that are attached to the drug to give it certain absorbtion properties. Even "sodium" or "Na" is used as a carrier molecule. Naproxen is most commonly used in the "Naproxen Sodium" form (Naprosen) because it has certain properties when attached to Sodium. Some are used to prevent brain/blood barrier absorption and others are to make it easier to penetrate the brain/blood barrier. I don't know what all of the carrier molecules are or what they do but I'm pretty sure I've seen "sulfate" (not "Sulfa" as I said was an Antibiotic) included in a number of generic drug names.

As a matter of fact, the one specific reference I know of for "tartrate" would be LSD - "Lysergic Acid Diethylamide Tartrate"
