1 year Rubicon crossed

Postby oneperson » Mon Sep 14, 2020 5:57 am

Hi,

It's been sometime since my last visit here. I have been very busy. Two days ago, it was my implant first birthday, and I would like to share with you all my expercience.

First things first: all inflamation has gone. Everything is in the correct place, nuts hangs gently the same than before the surgery. All pain and disconfort has dissapeared (when deflated).

I definetively have to admit I have lost size, Both in lenght and in girth. Not much in lenght (maybe 1/2 cm), but definetively yes in girth (I am now about 1 cm less in circumference). It is not an undersized problem. In fact, I have been a little bit oversized. I was 8 months pumping to the pain edge for one hour a day, and the last two months I have gained not even 1/2 mm. So tired of standing that disconfort one hour a day without results, I surrendered. Now I pump to the point of pain a few times a week, only in shower, for as much as 20 minutes.

Pain when pumped to max has not gone. If I pump to the limit of my strength, I have to deflate in less than 5 seconds, because if not, I cry in pain.

Pumping to a point that I don't feel any kind of discomfort, doesn't give me enough size to keep a satisfaying intercourse. I have to pump more, with takes me to the following point: I always feel some discomfort when having sex. And the agressive movements of my wife, produce some pain, sometimes not so little.

My wife complains about the lose of size. However, she can enjoy the sex, she feels orgasms, and is happy in general.

Regarding me, my orgasms are as good, if not better, than before.

So I am overall satisfied (without this I could have no sex), but I keep the feeling that I was hoping it would be better.

What is the issue with the pain? You shouldnt be having pain a year later like that.

I don't know the cause. I had dated for a revision in May, but because of COVID reclusion in Spain, I was told to wait until situation get better. The situation has gone worse, and now I am a suspicious COVID case, so until I am discarded or cured, I have to wait. But at the moment I can, I will go to the doctor.

I had the same pain and asked about it here. I got no clear answer. I could stand the max pump pain for about 5 minutes. Stopped cycling and had to deflate immediately after sex. I went to my implant surgeon 2 weeks ago to do follow up appointment where he had also implanted a artificial urinary clamp. I asked him about the pain when pumping fully. He said pump it up hard for me. I did that. Then he grabbed my penis and bent it quickly. It hurt quite a bit. I said wow that hurt.It felt like something snapped. He said I had folds that needed to be released. ???? Not sure what that meant, but no pain when pumping to max now. I also thought the pain was from being oversized. See my signature. I have had that pain for over 2 years and now it is gone. He also said that I may add more length now. Hope this helps.

Thank you oldbeek, I will tell it to my surgeon as soon as I get out of my reclusion and go to see him.

Hope he has that acknowledge :-)

Hey oldbeek! I've been under the impression (wrongly?) that getting to the point of feeling no pain after full inflation is a sign that maximum growth has finally been reached. My doc said that with daily cycling, that point should be reached at about 6 months post-op. However, I would like to try doing what your doc did to you...bending your erect penis quickly to eliminate the folds. Could you please provide a bit more detail? For example...was the doc facing you when he gripped it? Did he bend it up or down? Appreciate you sharing! Thanks.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 73 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
