Yes, your Titan will never be as flaccid as the AMS devices. When you can feel that the tubes are flattened, that is as flexible and floppy as it will get. The good news is that it does get more flexible as months go by.

Yes I feel the tubes get flat when I squeeze the saline out. My sprinkler peeing was a seldom occurrence before implant, just got worse after. It is now to the point that I can aim and pee 95% of the time without spraying walls or seats!

I initially had the "Sprinkler effect", an over/under spray pattern. It got better with time. Swelling and the close proximity of the front tips to the urethra caused it and after the swelling stopped putting pressure on the meatus, driving it between the front tips too much, the stream stabilized.

Mine was an odd experience. After my circumcision. Took less than an inch of foreskin off. I had the sprinkler effect for quite a while. Finally slowly went away. Puzzled me a lot. My tactic was to quickly pinch my penis to stop the urine then release. Most of the time that method worked. There were times when the extra stream went at almost 90 degrees to my body. It was like I could pee around corners. In all my years up until then. I seldom had multiple streams. I wasn't happy.

I found that lateral traction on the meatus (pulling back slightly on left & right side of glans) allowed a straight or semi-straight stream without the spray.

6 month postop with Titan. Will get sprinkler effect depends how inflated I am. Since I had plaque removed I tend to Bend to the left mid shaft when deflated . Which is the area that was my 97 degree up pre implant. I can finally squeeze most fluid out after 6 months. But after an hour or so it gets firmer. It has softened up over the 6 months. I cycle it daily. It does expand in girth. But it is never like a flaccid penis of a non bionic man. No complaints it works and I still have blood flow which is a plus.
