Anyone have any idea what this is?

Postby Stenlie_ » Thu Apr 02, 2020 9:18 pm

Hello again everyone, I hope you are in good health.
I have a question for the guys here - does anyone have any idea what is this recess over the penis ?
Sometimes it's deeper, sometimes it's not. When the erection starts, this recess disappears ....

I do a lot of pumping and some extending which forces their bases tightly against the pubic bone. Once, I developed a similar “pimple like” growth similar to the one in your pictures. I laid off of pumping and extending for a month or so and the growth dissipated and disappeared.

do you pump?

The raised area is adipose tissue on top of the pubic bone, in other words pubic fat. the depressed area is the area upon where the fat cells are not located so you will get a depression. If you were quite lean this pubic fat would be minimal and the depression would not be so noticeable.
When we are younger this pubic fat is also not very noticeable. As we get older or put on weight it becomes apparent.
I noticed the same thing happened to myself even though I was reasonably fit, after a certain age.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.
