Good Morning,

Last year at this time, I was 6 days from my RALP, & it was the last time that I was able to make love to my wife prior to surgery.

On 2/21/2020 I became bionic & was able to use my new toy 3 times since & each time is better than the last. It was a good decision for both myself & my wife.

My wife at first didn't want me to go through with the operation, because of having to go through surgery. I went to NYC for one week leaving my wife at home, because she is visually impaired & I knew it wasn't the place for her, incase something didn't go right. I had a few doctor appointments prior to my operation & one post-op.

I left NYC one day before the 1st coronavirus patient was diagnosed & as I look back I am happy with my decision.

The ones that do in large part do not mind but some have issues with it, mostly at the base of the penis and when flaccid. I feel like whether it's a Titan or an AMS doesn't really matter, the surgeon/doc plays a huge part in regards to the tubing and if it can/cannot be felt.

It's a big issue for me so I just want as many facts and opinions as I can get. I'm not sure how I would deal with it feeling the tubes in my penis from a psychological and even physical standpoint even if meant I could be the worlds greatest porn star at any time.
Those guys that feel the tubes probably have a 0 body mass index like me. 0 fat anywhere. The tubing still does not show and is not a problem. Most guys today( Merrix excluded) have a fat pad that would bury any tubing.

I am not 0 fat guy ( have a pubic fat pad) but tubing around penile base is feeled even thru the jeans. My wife also feel my tubings and even connecting place when touching and during intercurse.

tubes are less likely to be felt in the following situations:

1) peno-scrotal install means all the tubes come out the bottom of the shaft and go directly down into the scrotum (as opposed to the infrapubic apporach where the tubes need to wrap around the shaft as they then descend down into the scrotum)

2) no or few rear tip extenders mean that the tube to cylinder connection wil be farther back and potentially almost inside you.

Personally, my tubes are deep in side me, so i really have to dig deep along the undersurface of my shaft from the scrotum to feel them. No women, during foreplay, would ever dig that deep along the scrotum and shaft undersurface . Certainly, during oral sex , there is zero chance, in my case, that a woman would notice the tubes.

Aside from the above points on RTE and peno-scrotal, you will need a surgeon who takes his time to place, route, and length-cut the tubes exactly right. My surgeon stated that the inflation bulb position and the tubing leading from it are the hardest part of the surgery, and he takes great time and care to get that part exactly right. I think that the position of the bulb in the scrotum is what separates the "men from the boys" with regards to implant surgeons.

Unless you have a similar anatomy to mine, where I have almost no internal crus. My crus apparently is less than an inch deep and terminates just beyond the front part of the pubic bone (0.5-0.9" of crus, max).

with 15 cm implant cylinders and no RTEs, the plastic rear tip is right at the base of my penis - felt within my fat-pad. I have roughly a 14-15 cm penis length with a 15 cm implant. Since the plastic of the rear tips can be felt in the fat-pad, the tubing can be felt right at the base too - just under my penis, at 45 degree angles.

the tubes being hidden has been discussed un another thread. Here is a quote from an interesting analysis by waynetho to my response regarding tubes and penoscrotal:

I stated: "

And, regarding my tubes ---- yup, I have an amazingly great install --- tubes cannot be felt----the shaft of my penis is totally smooth on top and underneath --- i am sure that the women must love it !

22cm with no RTE? If so, that makes sense. The tubing would exit the corporotomies so proximal that it would be inside the body instead of near the surface and it wouldn't be palpable.

more info is discussed at the thread:
