At first it was not much and thought it was part of the process ( my own tissue in the scrotum, tubes moving, etc), but now it seems to be getting larger. Now about 1"+ diameter on the side of the cylinder, not on the bottom, which is where the incision is.

Are you certain where the corporotomy incisions were made? My penoscrotal incision is dead-center down the scrotum, but I'm pretty sure my corporotomies were on the SIDES of my corpora and in my case they're literally right at the penile base. In my case the tips don't go more than about 1.2-1.5" deep and the rear tip is 4 cm so the corporotomies are under the base, on the sides.

In your case with 22+2 and not knowing how long the integrated rear tips are on a Titan, I can't say for sure but my guess is that your corporotomies are probably within the expansion area near the rear tip, especially if you're anatomically average (i.e., 2:1 ratio of distal to proximal).

Just stay calm and wait for the doctor appointment Monday. I'm sure you will get the answers then and I'll be hoping for you that it's a simple restitch rather than replacement needed.

Not much info from the doc. He did say it was a cylinder aneurysm and needed a revision and may need some sort of corporal graft. This thing is very frustrating.
