My nerves were removed during RP surgery therefore my spongiosum tissue does not expand. Pre RP size was 5.5 inch. with tri-mix my dick would expand to 5.5inch because the trimix would expand the spongiosum. After implant I get no expansion of the spongiosum. My dick is 4.5". On first use, my wife says " is it in? ". Talk about a ball buster.

That's interesting, because after 20 years of no sex, my wife had tightened up to the point where the first time we had sex after surgery, even though I barely got it in due to fat between the both of us interfering with penetration, her first word was "OUCH!"

I was only 11 months from the day before RP to the first use day with my implant. Prior to the RP, it was at least 2 to3 times a week.
