Well that sounds corny. Officially activated today. Pump twice daily and hold for half hour. Wants me to model as I inflate. Length is there, Pd did not destroy everything. Fat pad over pubic bone would enhance view. But I have a question? I am 5’10”. I weight 159. How does one get rid of the fat pad? When I was more active prior to injections and such, still had fat pad. Would love to get rid of it. But really how?

Doctor agreed with my layman's suggestion of remodeling, apparently? As to the fat pad, only two ways I know to get rid of it... diet or Lipo. Even still, it's probably pretty resistant to diet due to its location but Lipo would be sort of risky on that area in light of the implant and potential for infections and their implications. Maybe cold sculpting would work with non-invasive dissolving of the fat. I think they use some sort of cool laser or ultrasound to dissolve the fat cells and then the body reabsorbs it.

Exercise i agree. But I am 159 and 5’10. That is a BMI like 22.8. I don’t really need to diet. I have hear of icing. Which is like cool sculpting. It turns white fat to brown fat. Then it dies. Lipo is risky near implant. I agree infection. My exercise of choice is my bicycle. However, have no idea when I can put my balls on a seat. Dr confirmed titan cylinders will make your package different going forward. I know I have salvaged what was left of my dick. So having a bulge in my pants will be the new me. I told my fwb that I can start having sex. She said “tonight” she forgets we are fwb and not dates. So I will shoot for tomorrow. No expectations, I am still shocked to see my 97 degree penis is like at 22 degrees as of today. Dr will see me in 3 months for follow up. Question, when it is too hard to pump anymore is that 100% ?

Can't say with the Titan but with my AMS CX, I discovered this morning that my "can't pump anymore" is about 90-95%. I switched to my dominant hand today while showering and for the first time in over a month I got pain in the tips that had since subsided when I pump left-handed. I thought I had maxed out the implant but this morning proves that I still have room to grow.

Do you pump with your finger tips?? OR? I pump with my thumb(at the first Joint) and my index finger( center of the second section)). I get a lot of pressure there. But I worked with my hands all my life.

How can you be fat at 5' 10" and 159#. I am 5'8" at 170 and no fat pad. I do crunches and walk when training dogs.
