Erosion over time?

To some of the guys that have had the implant for awhile. Have you notice any erosion of the tissue either the sides or glan?

I have had my implant 2.5 years. I can not see or feel any sign of erosion. My surgeon advises to use it as much as I want to, but deflate it whenever not in use to avails constant pressure that could lead to erosion. I do like about 3 pumps in during the day, but that is not applying much of any pressure. I am sure each of as is different internally like we are externally so some men may be more susceptible to erosion than others, too.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I have had my implant for 18 years (replaced once a few years ago, first one wore out ;) ), no erosion.
