How Good is PT-141?

Postby kinggg » Mon Jan 13, 2020 7:06 pm

For all you guys who've tried pt-141, would you tell me how good was it? Any sides? How long did it take to feel results?

Begging your pardon, but bumping after only one day seems..excessive.

I looked up PT-141. While I have an implant and the erectile help of that drug would be wasted, the libido effect is of VERY high interest to me. Ever since the implant, my libido has waned and after orgasm, drops off a cliff. I have no idea why. But the early reports look like I would LOVE to volunteer for human trials. The first article I read suggested 4 years before FDA approval is even possible.

(be sure to check the dates of publication of the above)

I also wonder about buying a few shares of Palatin stocks.

PT-141 is the same chemical as bremelanotide. Bremelanotide has now been approved (under the brand name Vylessi) for female hypoactive sexual desire disorder. If you look on Franktalk for bremelanotide, you can get much more information. Vyleesi itself is expensive to get if you are male; the company seems only to want to sell to females. There are multiple other sources for bremelanotide on the Web; however, there is no guarantee what you are getting.

Several years ago I tried injecting PT141 on about five occasions. It definitely improved my libido, but had little effect on my diabetes induced ED. It also caused a strange feeling to surge through my body, nothing sever, but just a strange feeling.

I used it for a couple of years. I would take it 4 hours before activity. It was a game changer. The only thing that worked for me. And it worked every time. I always made my girlfriend cum after taking it. It didn’t seem to improve my libido, just gave me reliable erections.

It did give me mild nausea and lethargy. Drinking water helped.

It doesn’t work as well for me now. And after six months or a year of use I could no longer cum through intercourse while using it.

you are the first person who I have read report that same weird surge feeling. to me it was like my body wanted to shiver or stretch in the same way after a yawn.

I've used it and it's counterpart Melanotan 2. They both have the same effect on libido but with Melanotan you get super tan after a few weeks of injecting it once a week.

My experience with PT-141 has been about the same as others have said. Super bad nausea and just a really shitty internal feeling for about 6-8 hours. Yes it gave me a rock hard boner but the timing of it is hard to pin down. It's an instant super tingly feeling all over and then nothing until you get a boner the next day at some random time.

Were those randomly timed erections spontaneous by themselves (uninvited) or more like "normal" erections, that is, in response to stimulation? Would stimulation reliably produce an erection?

I think those latter two effects are what would make PT-141 a viable treatment. Allowing better emulation of pre-E.D. erections than other treatments.

Hard to say really. All I know is that you can't really time it like you can viagra. It's spontaneous. It goes into your system and at some point within 0-12 hours if you're aroused it will work. Sometimes. Not always. I think it effects the brain so it's not a physiological response.

You’ll never get a doc to advise you on dosage so it’s hit and miss. Not enough and it won’t work and too much and the debilitating nausea and depression make it unusable.
