Deflating disconfort. Anybody does feel?

Postby oneperson » Sat Dec 07, 2019 6:26 am

Hi,

I have been talking widely about the pain I feel when pump. It is a normal thing, and neccesary for stretching tissues and gain size. But I have another issue about which I haven't read here. When you pump to any level, sooner or later you have to deflate. And I feel an strange and difficult to explain sensation when I deflate, more intense when I pump more. So, when I pump to the no pain point, the deflate sensation is less unconfortable than when I pump to my max. Let see if I can describe the sensation.

It is not pain, but is very similar to pain. I feel as if somebody were absorbing me from inside, like a vacuum. If anybody has had drain tubes inside the body, it is a close sensation to the sensation you feel when the drain tubes are taken out.

It is a very unpleasant sensation that last until the hardness has gone. Because of that weird thing, I need much more time to deflate than to inflate. I can inflate to max in less than one minute, but I am unable to deflate in less than two minutes due to that strange and unpleasant sensation.

Anybody do know what I am talking about?

I think i kind of know what you are talking about. I have or have had some discomfort when deflating. Mainly when pumped to the point of some pain. I think that it is just the reaction of the tissue relaxing and going back to normal. It may be, and this is just my thinking, that when you pump up the cylinders will force some blood out of the surrounding tissue, when you deflate the blood rushes back in. Thats what it feels like to me. But then again Im usually wrong when I start thinking. I really need to stop it

Oneperson, do you have the Titan (one) touch pump? or the Genisis pump?
With my one touch pump I still have trouble getting it to deflate the first time I try. I know I got it when I release it and my dick starts deflating by itself. I wait a minute and then squeeze the fluid out. If I don't get that hard to squeeze the pump to reset the valve I repump and try again. The feeling is some what painful but not any thin like having a drain tube removed.

Yes, I have the One Touch. The example of the sensation of a drain tube extraction is because I don't have anything better. It is a very difficult to describe sensation.

I don't know what you mean by 'reset' the valve.

To deflate, I press the valve button and the liquid start to leave the cylinders very slowly. I release the valve and press again for more leaving. After several times, I have to press again and squeeze the penis to empty the cylinders without releasing the valve. Maybe I am not doing well.

Is there any correct procedure to do it? My Dr. just told me to press the button.

What are the exact steps?

If you measure before deflation and after the sensation has subsided, I bet you'll find a fraction of an inch difference in length. I get a similar sensation but mine is more of a pain or itch and it's after being fully deflated for a while. I don't wait for manual deflation to occur after triggering the valve, so I squeeze out the remaining pressure. At that point I'm basically the same length as before but with a gnarled bent and depressed girth. In the next 20 minutes I retract or shrink a little and the thin floppiness is replaced by a thicker, more rigid feel.
I believe that when I pump to max, there is some cavernosal tissue that gets compressed to make way for the implant's expansion. When it's deflated by squeezing, that tissue eventually relaxes and thickens again. Additionally I think I also get a little length retraction due to the full deflate, causing the cylinder to fold up on itself a little, within the cavernosa. Either phenomena may be responsible for the odd feeling you describe.

You are right. Even more than an inch I would tell.

My process for deflating is as follows:

Press the valve firmly. and briefly. Penis begin to deflate. As that pain becomes high (in one second or so), I stop pressing the valve. Penis is still erected but a little less. Repeat again four to five times until sensation disappears. Then I press firmly the valve and squeeze the penis and don't stop until is completely deflated.

The rest, almost the same, but me, once deflated, stays there, not rigid feel after.

You may have had less spared cavernosal tissue after dilation that I apparently did (guessing). Perhaps they used a larger dilator on you or you had less girth before implantation than I did. That could explain why you don't plump up after deflation, but I do (again, GUESSING).

What I have found that works for me to mitigate the corporeal itching and pain due to the retraction and plumping is to add one or two pumps back in. One of several methods below may work (do them after complete "SQUEEZE" deflation):

  1. PUMP ONCE or maybe TWICE, leave pump in INFLATE mode
  2. PUMP ONCE or maybe TWICE, press DEFLATE button (do not squeeze to deflate), leave remaining saline in the cylinders
  3. PUMP 2-3 times, press DEFLATE button, squeeze cylinders to slightly below the preferred fullness, PUMP ONCE lightly, leave in INFLATE mode
  4. PUMP 2-3 times, press DEFLATE button, squeeze to the preferred fullness, leave valve in DEFLATE mode
If DEFLATE mode causes auto-deflation to completely deflated or INFLATE mode causes auto-inflation of the implant due to abdominal pressures, one or more of the above methods may not be a viable option.

Pressing DEFLATE for my implant does almost nothing unless I squeeze the cylinders out so I can leave it inflated but in "DEFLATE" without the cylinders going down too much. Leaving my pump in "INFLATE" mode doesn't appear to cause auto-inflation so the implant's girth remains where I leave it.

PLEASE NOTE: Leaving the cylinders partially inflated results in the reservoir not reaching full capacity. If one is still healing, the fibrous capsule may form around the reservoir while it is partially filled, which may lead to auto-inflation problems or the inability to properly deflate the implant fully in the future. Only employ the above techniques after consulting a urologist.
