Surgery

Postby Magicmike » Tue Dec 03, 2019 1:23 pm

I have my surgery scheduled for January 9th. I need some help as what to wear po op. I have to return to work in 10 days and it's not hard labor. I'm an outside sales rep that covers about a 60 mile territory. I can wear khakis but I just need to know what to wear underneath. Any help is appreciated

Buy a good sustainer. With a hole for the dick. That was the only wear I could use during first 4 weeks if I wanted to be able to walk. Whitout it I couldn't even stand up.

An athletic supporter, infant socks to cover your very sensitive shaft and tip, and Sepratec (Amazon) underwear after. Wish I found this forum before I struggled through that first 2 weeks. You become friends with the hot bathtub too. Good luck. The results are worth it.

Post op, they had put a jock strap on me with my penis wrapped up in gauze. I also had a catheter till the next morning. I didn't really move off the bed for the first 3 days except to go to the bathroom and the kitchen. My surgery was on a Tuesday and I went back to work the next Monday. By Friday I was fairly mobile and able to drive, off the prescribed pain meds and taking Tylenol and Advil. You most likely will have some degree of inflation until you have your first post op visit, so you are going to have a chub. I found it difficult to conceal in my dress pants even with boxer briefs. I had underarmour jocks with a wide wasteband that I tried and it seemed to keep things tucked up next to my abdomen. You'll want to keep your penis pointing toward your navel and not leaning to one side. I wasn't activated until 4 weeks post-op, so used the jocks for the first week back at work. By the following week, the swelling had gone down a lot and I was able to go back to my boxer briefs. I'm at 6 weeks now...my penis is still on the stiff side even deflated, so I keep it mostly pointing up or the side to hide behind the zipper flap or it falls down to the side. You most likely will have some wrinkles from the cylinders when it bends down or to the side, which can get sore if it stays in that position for too long, so plan on making some adjustments throughout the day.

You will definitely have a more prominent package, especially if you have a more athletic/slim cut or flat front pants.

All in all, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be and the ability to get an erection when I want one and not lose it when any stimulation stops is awesome. I'm a single guy and got to try it out over the weekend for the first time with actual sex, and all I can say is "why didn't I do this sooner". More than 30 min of fucking, which was unheard of before. I could have kept going but stopped because it got sore. Good luck!

I was left partially inflated for several weeks so I had a very noticeable bulge and my dick is not huge. In addition to the suggestions already given I highly recommend coats or jackets long enough to cover your bulge. I lived in sweat pants for a few weeks. The first few times I wore jeans or khakis it was not very comfortable. If you are doing a lot of driving I suggest doing a test run before the actual day you have to start working. You may find you need to make some adjustments or bring something additional for comfort.

Do you have to carry samples with you of whatever you sell? You are not supposed to lift over about 5 pounds for about a month so even a laptop or briefcase may be off limits.

I usually wear large boxer briefs. after surgery, I bought small size bikini type briefs to hold everything in place. For any physical activity or long drives, I wore a jock strap. after a few weeks, I could go back to my regular underwear.

This is my 2nd go around, and I didn't even get to try the 1st!
This time around, I brought jock straps with me, as well as some underwear I bought that hugged my nuts and there was a hole for my dick to stick out of. Even though it was a large size, hole elastic band was not comfortable, so I took some scissors to it and made about 1/16th" cuts in elastic. I could walked around nekkid, or even a wraparound towel, and the dick was not sensitive, but balls were.
Make sure you have thick cushions if you want to sit down somewhat. Reclining you will want to do a lot of.
Surgery was on a Wed., thought I would be OK to go to work the following Monday, but I was walking funny and still in pain. Missed work for a total of 8 working days.
Each time I sit down, I have to pull my pants down on the zipper part, pull my balls forward, then sit, all in one motion. I am sure people saw how I sat.
Lots of fast/finger food too!
