Welcome to Frank Talk.
Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
51 years old, married 29 years. Implanted Mar 30/17 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. (AMS 700 CX 18 + 2). Had implant removed Apr 29/17 due to Septic Shock. Liposuction By Dr. Gan and re-implant by Dr. Brock (AMS LGX 15 + 2) Dec 14/17.

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

Can you please be sure to put your city, state/province and country.

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Hello, just had a Titan installed Feb.27th of this year. Still learning to cope with it, I see my surgeon this week as it will be over 6 weeks when I do..this has been a good site to read the discussion boards and see that I am not the only one who has had some problems but also try some resolutions..

COLOPLAST OR AMS? Coloplast or AMS?: First, thank you all for your content on this site. I've spent quite a bit of time on it for the past couple of months. My Urologist has done over 300 implants penscrotal. I met with him in February about the possibility of doing an implant. When I told him that I understood that the infrapubic method was reported to result in less pain during the healing process and have a faster recovery time, he said that another surgeon in their group was using the infrapubic method and had done thousands of implants. He has arranged for that surgeon to perform my surgery and concurrently use my surgery as instruction to him to learn this method. I am scheduled for the first surgery of the day on June 5th. Their firm normally uses AMS, but my doctor - with concurrence by the more experienced surgeon – will use either AMS or Coloplast devices. I need to let them know which device to use by thisTuesday, May 21st, when I meet with the more experienced surgeon. Note that they have had some problems with the LGX model, so would prefer to use the 700-CX model or the Titan. I've read that some of you have had an AMS device replaced with a Coloplast and others who have a Coloplast replaced with AMS. Others have had replacements using the same manufacturer. Still others may just have a strong opinion one way or the other. I am 70 years old with venous leak. My wife and I have enjoyed only oral sex for the last 3 or 4 years. With the use of 20 mg of Cialis (preferred) or 100 mg of Viagra along with a cock ring and a Bone Yard band around my penis and scrotum, I am able to maintain a good erection and ejaculation. But I am unable to maintain an erection for successful vaginal or anal intercourse. I have been using a VED 3 or 4 times a week for the last 4 weeks, beginning at 4” Hg for 5 minutes and currently 15 minute sessions at 4” for 5 minutes, 4.5” for 5 minutes and 5” for the final 5 minutes. (My urologist suggested that this would help both before and after the surgery.) At maximum erection using Cialis and the bands, I am 5.5” long and 5.5” around the shaft and glans. I'd really appreciate input from any of you to help me decide which device to use.

Good question....they definitely should work for posting. They do not work for chat.
Does the "new topic" button appear anywhere on the screen when you are in the "implant" forum?

Hi,
I use the iPhone almost exclusively on here. I’m on it now. The regular safari browser works fine for this site. I’ve had no problem posting. Make sure your phone operating system has been updated recently?

I’m able to use the chat room function by using the Puffin browser. You can download it in the App Store. I used the free version for a while but eventually upgraded for the $4.99 “full version” through the App Store. But I don’t notice ANY change from the free version so there doesn’t appear to be a need. Some people mentioned that Ouffin had gone away but I still see it as an option in the App Store.

The mobile friendly website on Puffin is easier to read in a small screen but you can’t use the cam function. In the settings on Puffin (upper right corner) there is a switch to desktop web version. That is a bit harder to read because all the text is smaller so I zoom
In and out a lot. But the cam function works. That has been helpful.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Hello everyone! My name is Chris! 47 years old, dad and granddad, Navy veteran. I haven't been formally diagnosed with ED but I have been diagnosed with hypertension and type 2. Speaking with my doc at the VA he said that could contribute to the "lack of excitement" down there, lol! Glad to be here and looking forward to learning. :D :D :D :D :D :D
