Cylinder Hardness

Postby Bionic Bob » Wed Oct 09, 2019 4:38 pm

I was implanted with a 18cm +3rte 7 weeks back via the peno-scrotal technique. My question is about the cylinders. I've read here that they'll eventually soften and I'm wondering how long that takes? Hard to hide what looks to be a semi in ball shorts. It sticks almost straight out and is almost rigid enough for sex fully deflated. I'll await the wisdom of the bionic veterans. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

While you wait for the attested softening to occur, you could wear support or foundation garments to keep things "organized" and controlled. My hospital issued a jock strat (athletic supporter) a size smaller than I would usually wear.

Is it possible that you are not fully deflating the device? It takes some practice (and thought) to develop an effective technique to deflate. Squeezing the penis (similar to milking a cow, but in reverse) is almost always required to attain full deflation.

Coloplast devices are less pliable than AMS devices (the material of which they are made is thicker and stiffer). The operational rigidity when inflated is fully functional in either manufacturer's devices, but the AMSs deflate to a softer state than the Coloplast devices can deflate to.

Which do you have?

Yes sir I squeeze and am fully deflated. How long did it take for your implants to soften to the point where you "hang" was normal? And thank you for the underwear tip.

I have an AMS LGX, so it took very little time to loosen up and hang. It seems as if it was a race between the post-surgery swelling and the implant, but really, about 6 months to reach a steady state.

Is yours a Coloplast?

I don’t ‘hate’ the hinge in my Titan.....it’s a matter of management.
On a daily basis now, after extensive trial and error, I travel fully deflated.
I read here on FT about improved sensitivity through full deflation and I have to say I feel there is a case to support the idea. Previously I chose to be always partially inflated......it certainly looked good. I digress.
Better management means that when the gorgeous Miss D and I visit our fave Swingers club I always partially inflate prior to Ubering there, likewise when we visit our local nude beach. Then, back in working world it’s fully deflate.
None of this is difficult.......apart from having younger guys want to get off with Miss D at the club......sexiest 65 year old great grandmother I know! :D :)

I never heard that sensitivity would be influenced if keeping a few pumps all the time. But I can see that happening actually. If I keep a few pumps in, I am sort of feeling a bit horny and as a result, blood flow increases and so does sensitivity. And maybe, as with everything else, body gets used to it and requires more stimulus to achieve the same effect.
Speculations of course, but that’s what we always do here, isn’t it?

Anyway, you’re following my path (and that’s a bloody good path!). I almost always keep mine totally deflated and think that works great. Just as you seem to do nowadays, I reserve the 5-10 pumps for special occasions...

Keep doing well Smetro.
