Excellent video on ORAL PHENTOLAMINE

Phentolamine is not FDA approved (I wonder why!) but it is widely available in China and you can buy it online.

I have ordered my pills but customs in my country (Portugal) are always problematic. Any tips on how to ship meds are more than welcome.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

We in the states need to track this treatment (Vasomax). I love the results from Trimix; and the PDE5s are not effective. Alas, an oral Trimix would be a welcome option.

Any insiders out there on the FDA's position?
Born 1955, Erectile Dysfunction, Robotic Prostatectomy (Oct 2018, Dr Bugg @ UCA, Birmingham, AL), PSA<0.007, Trimix User (30 mg Papaverine HCL, 1 mg Phentolamine MES, 10 mcg Alprostadil per 1 ML. My dose is 0.16 ML)

It's not just the FDA, Vasomax is not approved in Europe either. In China, however, it is widely available.

There's no reason why oral phentolamine should not be approved, it is safe and extremely effective. ED is big business, I'm sure Pfizer is paying billions to crush all competition.

I believe this study is part of the reason why the FDA has not approved Vasomax. The study showed that rats developed tumors after being given Vasomax.

Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Viagra may cause death and blindness in humans and it is FDA approved. I didn't know the study you mentioned but the doseage of phentolamine is insanely high: a Vasomax tablet contains 40 mg phentolamine mesylate and should only be taken as needed, 30 min. before sex.

Moreover phentolamine injections are FDA approved and an extremely common ED treatment, it makes no sense that oral pills should not be approved as well.

Oral phentolamine is available in China and anyone can buy it from several online stores in China.

So how is your recent batch of oral Phentolamine? Thinking about ordering some along with apomorphine.
