Bionic brotherhood, hello from California. I'm 2 weeks into this incredible journey and have oh so much to learn. I've been cycling for a week now. Today I was fully inflated in a prone position (34 pumps, 1 minute 15 seconds), earlier this week fully inflated standing up(30 pumps 1 minute, 45 seconds). I'm providing these data points to try to gauge where I am and how to improve. If you brothers would be so kind to share your best practices I and probably others would appreciate your input.
1) What's the easier position for you to inflate? Lying down, standing up, or other?
2) What's the easier position for you to deflate? Lying down, standing up, or other?
Bonus question for those with Titan implants: is there a trick to the OTR valve? I find myself squeezing as long and hard as I can to empty (with squeezing my penis to fully evacuate the cylinders). Any best practices you can share?
Thanks very much
Sam

Inflate/Deflate: standing up or laying down

Re: Inflate/Deflate: standing up or laying down
If, for some reason, I want it completely deflated, I squeeze my dick with one hand while holding the release button with the other. But most of the time I just hold the release button for about 5 sec. let it go, and I go down to what about 4 pumps would give me. From completely flaccid to as hard as it will go, when the pump will not squeeze anymore, it takes about 14 pumps. I am 4" completely flaccid and 5.5" x 5.5" hard. I'm sure bigger guys would take more pumps as the cylinders would be longer. But I can deflate to the point that I can bend my dick over itself , that's pretty flaccid if you ask me.

Re: Inflate/Deflate: standing up or laying down
My fat fingers pressed the wrong button. I believe gravity works best. I pump up a lot while kneeling between my wife’s legs, after I have given her oral. The reservoir is above the cylinders. When she’s on top, pumping while I am on my back seems to present no handicap. The pump overcomes the gravitational forces.
On the deflate side, lying on my back works best. Gravity. I have the Titan classic pump, which is an older model that requires continual pressure on the deflation activation button.

Most of the time laying down but it depends on what I'm doing as to whether I'm sitting, standing or laying down.

Re: Inflate/Deflate: standing up or laying down
I generally inflate laying down and deflate standing up. Mostly because I'm in bed when I inflate and just out of the shower when I deflate. I really have no inflation/deflation issues. Several of my girls inflate it for me. One girl was comfortable enough to deflate it for me but I hardly see her anymore.
I never tried inflation or deflation when standing on my head, though I have inflated while GIVING head.....often, as a matter of fact.....
Good luck man!

Re: Inflate/Deflate: standing up or laying down
I have no problem inflating or deflating in any position. I did not see a choice for that.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
