Anyone familiar with Dr. Fort? Greenbrier County near Lewisburg. Told me he has done in the neighborhood of 700 implants.

I think that you should ask a few more questions. How many of the 700 were three piece implants & how many were done in the last few years?
I'd be looking to sort the one piece & the two piece implants out of his number. Then make sure that he has done enough in each of the last few years that he hasn't gotten rusty at it. Might even be revelant to not count revisions.
Just my opinion, there are a few ways to spin the total number of implants to make his self look more experienced than he might actually be. Just to be safe.

I live in WV also. i choose Dr. Kramer to do my implant. I had a bad experience with a radical prostrate removal in Huntington. Looking to be activated by local doctor this coming Wednesday. Doctors in WV were out of my comfort zone for a implant.
RP surgery for PCa March 2011, rising PSA 2013, remission since 2014. Chronic ED since 2011 tried pills, VED, and injections. Implanted LGX 4/17/19 Dr. Kramer. On scale of 1-10 I'd give it an 8. That's due to a slight curve.

Appreciate the input. Have more questions for the doc.
